Zulan at The Van Buren: Frequently Asked Questions
When is Zulan performing at The Van Buren in Phoenix?
Zulan is scheduled to perform on December 11, 2026, at The Van Buren, 401 W. Van Buren Street, Phoenix, Arizona. Check your ticket and event details before traveling for the latest door and show times.
What kind of concert is Zulan's Phoenix show?
The event is listed as a pop/rock concert. The Van Buren is an intimate, 1,800-capacity indoor venue in Downtown Phoenix, housed in a converted historic auto dealership. Its concert setting puts fans close to the stage and gives the performance a lively club-show atmosphere.
How much do Zulan tickets cost?
Prices currently start around $40, with some listings reaching approximately $150 or more depending on availability, ticket location, and demand. Ticket prices can change as the event approaches. Review the final price and any applicable fees before completing your purchase on ticketsphoenix.org.
What are the seating options at The Van Buren?
Many concerts at The Van Buren use a general admission standing floor, with mezzanine or balcony seating offered for some events. Check the event's available ticket types before buying; elevated seating and private mezzanine booths are not guaranteed for every show. Balcony access is by stairs only, so guests who need accessible seating should review the venue's accessibility options in advance.
Where is the best place to stand or sit for Zulan?
For a close, energetic view, choose a GA floor ticket and arrive early to improve your position. Mezzanine or balcony tickets, when offered, are a better fit for guests who prefer an elevated view and a little more separation from the crowd. Shorter fans may find sightlines more difficult toward the back of a standing floor, especially if arriving late.
Is there parking at The Van Buren?
The Van Buren does not have on-site parking. Nearby paid lots and garages are available, but spaces can fill quickly on show nights. Consider reserving parking in advance through ParkWhiz, arriving early, or using public transportation or rideshare. Do not park in the Ziggy Magic Pizza Shop / Stardust Pinbar lot; the venue says event guests are not permitted to use it.
What are the closest parking options for The Van Buren?
Nearby options include X Phoenix Garage at 200 W. Monroe Street, about 0.2 miles away, and the 333 N. 3rd Avenue Lot, about 0.3 miles away. Other options include Luhrs City Center Garage and the Hilton Garden Inn Phoenix Downtown Valet Kiosk, each about 0.4 miles away. Sample prices have ranged from about $5 to $20, but rates and availability vary by event and time. Check the parking provider for current details before setting out.
Can I take public transportation to The Van Buren?
Valley Metro Light Rail is one option for reaching Downtown Phoenix. Check current routes, station locations, and service hours for December 11, 2026, and allow extra time to walk to the venue. Rideshare is another practical choice; the recommended drop-off and pick-up area is near 401 W. Van Buren Street, where traffic controls allow. Use the curb for active loading and unloading only.
What is The Van Buren's bag policy?
The venue conducts bag searches, but the event-specific size and item rules were not provided. Check The Van Buren's current policies before attending and travel light to help speed up entry. Any venue restrictions may apply regardless of ticket provider.
Are Zulan tickets on ticketsphoenix.org mobile tickets?

After purchase, follow the delivery instructions provided with your order and make sure you can access your ticket on your mobile device before arriving. Keep your phone charged and check any transfer or account requirements in advance.
How can I buy legitimate Zulan tickets?
Use a reputable ticket source and carefully review the listing, ticket details, and checkout information before purchasing. The Van Buren recommends its box office, Ticketmaster, or Live Nation and warns that tickets from unauthorized sources may be invalid, lost, stolen, refunded, or counterfeit. ticketsphoenix.org provides ticket listings and order information to help buyers review available options before checkout.
Are ticket delivery and order fulfillment guaranteed?
Review the order's delivery method and fulfillment terms at checkout, and use the contact information provided with your purchase if you have questions. Because The Van Buren uses mobile entry and event-specific ticket rules can vary, confirm that you can access the ticket on your device before show day. Do not assume a printable ticket or transfer option will be available.
